I never had pimples before.

However, this is what happened:

I had a dermatologist check me out because I was worried about what was happening to my face, I panicked every day of my life, for 2 months. The doctor asked:

Did you sleep well? Yes

Does anyone in your family have pimples/acne? Nope

You have allergy? Nope

He then said that there are different types of acne and some of them are hereditary and the other is due to bacteria/germs.

I explained my part and told him this:

“I got these pimples on my nose area because I didn’t know I was using a dirty cloth to get all the whiteheads out. I applied too much pressure to my face, resulting in a cut to the epidermis. The cuts weren’t visible but I noticed cuts when I had pimples. I know it’s from that dirty cloth I used on my face, I have pimples right now.”

And then the doctor said:

“I don’t think it’s because of that dirty rag”

Then he started prescribing medicines, creams, soaps costing P2000-P3000 ($50-$60)

Now, my dear reader, think and know your skin:

If you have one or two pimples, does the pimple go away on its own after 3 or 4 days without you doing anything?

If yes, then you won’t need anything prescribed by a doctor, basically no need to worry.

Do your pimples appear in the same areas of your face? If it’s in the same area where you put on makeup, like brush blush, then you might as well stop putting on THAT makeup. I guarantee it will make your pimples bigger and it will continue to break open and heal until it becomes a permanent scar. It’s better to leave pimples free of makeup rather than trying to be confident by covering them with chemicals that make pimples worse.

Now, there are MANY cases where people go to dermatologists to get their pimples treated and end up crying because the medications literally irritated their pimples and caused them to multiply.

This is what I needed to have and do to get my skin back. This is what I keep doing as you read this article. This works on all skin types. It is super safe and you will learn why.

Will need:

1. Cotton balls (the softest, I don’t know what brand people use in the US)

2. Johnson & Johnson Baby Milk Bath with Vit. A&E (white bottle)

Now, you can tell this is expensive! Expensive! Well, it isn’t.

It’s expensive IF you haven’t tried it yet. (Makes sense?)

People here in my country actually buy these squirty bottles A LOT because they are effective against pimples. Not to mention that it actually softens the skin on your face while you use it for 1 month. 1 squirty bottle can last 1 month and a half. IF you use it every day to clean your face.

Mine lasted 2-3 months because the solution is actually concentrated and you only need to spray a small amount on 1 cotton ball.

It is hypoallergenic. No matter how sensitive the skin on your face is, this won’t make your pimples worse, and it won’t irritate them either.

How to do it:

3 passes per section in the area you want to improve. Apply a little pressure (Don’t worry, your cotton balls are clean!)

Do this for 2-3 months. Every morning and most importantly, DO NOT SLEEP WITHOUT CLEANING YOUR FACE. NEVER!
