When your body is toxic, the toxins hide and embed themselves in your body fat. This causes your cells and organs to slow down and lose efficiency. The fatter you are, the more toxins you can store. As your organs and body systems lose their ability to function properly, they lose their ability to effectively metabolize and process fat. This is one of the reasons why some of you find it difficult to lose weight: your body is not working properly.

When you start to lose weight, this causes fat to be used in your cells for energy and causes toxins to be released into your bloodstream. If you lose weight too quickly, excess toxins will be released into the blood and this will create a variety of unhealthy symptoms and conditions: headaches, runny nose, flu-like symptoms, joint pains. Excess toxins in your blood can stay there for over a year and cause you harm and that’s why you need to lose weight slowly, like 2lbs a week.

What are toxins and where do toxins really come from? They come from
* The food you eat
* The meat you eat
* The vegetables you eat
* The air you breathe
* The thoughts you have
* The activities you have

Toxins are chemicals that the liver does not recognize as useful to the body. These toxins are destructive to your body cells and other body tissues. Toxins attack and destroy the outer surfaces and interwalls of cells. They destroy intercellular and gene structures. They create an acidic body that attracts fungi, bacteria, parasites, worms, viruses, and many other pathogens.

Why doesn’t the body get rid of toxins through its 5 elimination channels: the colon, the kidney, the skin, the lungs and the lymphatic system? It definitely does, but as you age, the body becomes overwhelmed with toxins and can’t completely eliminate them through your elimination channels or neutralize them through your lymphatic system.

So what does the body do with all these toxins? It stores them in your body cells and fat cells and anywhere there is a weakness in your body. You store toxins in weak parts of your body because that part of your body won’t repel them as easily as the healthy part of your body does. This causes this weak spot to become even weaker and eventually develop into a diseased area or cyst. If this diseased area is allowed to exist for too long, it becomes difficult to repair and return it to good health.

When the five channels of elimination can no longer expel toxins from your body, they themselves begin to become clogged. Toxins, minerals, fibrin, and other body wastes combine to form a layer of material that narrows the pathways of elimination. Eventually, illness results in many of the diseases you know.

How do you uncover your polluted body so you can create good health? There are four basic steps to follow.

* neutralizes toxins in your body. (detoxifying)
* put good pure food into your body (Rebuild)
