It’s official. The future is now. Why? Not from space travel, not from waterproof cell phones, not even from those new cell phone watches. No, we have finally reached the “future” because, after many years of patient waiting and many fake products, real hoverboards are officially a real thing. A company called Hendo has brought our Marty McFly-inspired ambitions to a wonderful reality, and they recently let Tony Hawk try out his own great design. The only problem here?

You have to have a bank account the size of Tony Hawk to get your hands on one of these bad boys. You do not believe me? A 5 minute ride (with the help of Hendo staff) costs you a hundred bucks, a duplicate board without a hover motor (so just some fancy wood, actually) will set you back $ 449, and a real hover board costs $ 10,000. Sure, that’s a lot of money, but at the same time, it’s a damn hoverboard, one that you can essentially own and ride at any time. It’s time for you to start saving!

The action of floating is not as severe as the Marty McFly board. Hendo hovercraft will float approximately one inch above the ground. I have seen several negative people complain that the floating action is small. I would like to remind you that this is known as a first generation hoverboard, knowing that the One Inch Hendo allows you to float is precisely one inch more than what we had with anything prior to the introduction of the Hendo Hoverboard. Now you just need a few of Marty’s bad kicks to be able to float in fashion. Right now there is also a brand new hoverboard available on the market today (sort of). It’s like a hoverboard, but it’s called a mini segway, and the good thing is that it doesn’t have handlebars fitted and you’ve probably noticed it once or twice. These awesome two-wheel electric scooters move with the use of your legs only, so no direction is needed. With these mini segway scooters emerging all over the world, it makes us think about how fast and fast times are changing and what the heck is next for technology. There are numerous places where the mini segway is for sale, so if you are interested, check with any local electronics store. Hendo is currently in the process of building the second generation hoverboard and they said they think they will release it in 2017. So if you are thinking of getting your hands on a hoverboard or should I say legs, please support Hendo!

Another great benefit of promoting Hendo is that the company and its founder, Greg Henderson, have a vision that goes far beyond equipping people with amazing floating scooters. Hendo hopes to continue with the creation of its floating technology, called Magnetic Field Architecture, so it could not only allow us to have floating skateboards, but also provide real structures to float when dealing with natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, rising water levels. sea, or even a zombie apocalypse.
