There is often a fine line between getting First, in a personal way – valuable, and, being a narcissist! Balancing the essential components of personal respect and / or self-love, without doing so, at the expense of others, is a necessary and necessary combination! After more than four decades of conducting hundreds of seminars, etc. of personal development / self-help, I believe that understanding this thoroughly and proceeding accordingly is important and perhaps essential, but often quite challenging. ! With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why, it is so significant in terms of trying to help yourself. .

1. Face the facts; find, have fun; feeling better / feelings; end up: There is no use lying to yourself, but, rather, alone, when / if, constantly, you face the facts and take the time and make the effort to give yourself a check-up from the neck up, in a way objective and introspective, you will proceed in a beneficial manner! Your goal should be to better understand yourself and find your best way forward. What is fun for you and what makes you feel better, usually? Will you emphasize respecting the feelings of others, but also self-help and personal satisfaction? How will you maintain the stamina, discipline, and commitment to continue, to the end, to become the best you can, possible, be?

2. Integrity; imagination; Photography; inspired; initiative: Maintaining absolute integrity, rather than taking some path of least resistance, improves your self-image, as well as the productivity and potential of your efforts! It takes courage to proceed, consistently, with a relevant imagination that inspires you and makes you feel better about yourself. However, it also requires effort, having the necessary initiative, making personal changes, for the better!

3. Realistic; justification / reasoning; respect; relevant: You will need to be realistic and learn to effectively leverage your personal strengths while addressing areas of weakness in a meaningful way! Evaluate consistently, objectively, the quality of your reason for being and the level of your reasoning! Keeping your focus on relevant improvements increases your potential for additional self-respect!

Four. Self help; solutions; attend; stronger: Self-help, should be the cornerstone to improve your existence! Workable and well-considered solutions invariably serve your best interests and make you a better, happier, and more content individual.

5. Take time; timely; time tested; truthful; try harder: How one balances the need to take time, without resorting to procrastination, and proceed with timely and well-considered actions often makes a significant difference, for the better! It can be challenging to proceed, to be honest, with yourself, but if you are and are committed to constantly striving smarter, you will optimize the opportunity to be the best at what you can be.

Personal happiness and self-satisfaction often depend on the willingness and ability to put on FIRST, avoiding, at the same time, the possibility of being a narcissist! Are you ready for these tasks?
