Robbed, Wounded and Left to Die (3)

You are being healed now! You are being located, rescued and restored. I said you will never heal those wounds again. You will no longer languish in that pain, hopelessness, and regret. Our God specializes in turning hurts and pains into sweetness and greatness. Yes, pains, wounds and scars do general. True. Show me a general and I’ll show you a man with scars and near-death experiences from battles. Do you want to be cool? So you must be prepared to accumulate scars, wounds, enemies, hardships, betrayals and battle stars. Even Jesus went through all of them. Yes, God gave him a name that is above every name in heaven, on earth, and under the earth (the waters), but that was not without scars. He went through stealing, hurting, abandoning and finally being killed. But he came back, resurrected to become the sovereign, the indestructible, the immortal King of kings and Lord of lords. And today, when you mention his name, all things: principalities, powers, dominions, thrones, Satan, demons, situations, diseases, hidden teachers and satanic agents bow down. No scars no authority! In fact, the Bible says that his wounds brought us spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. And by his death we have received life and victory! Had he not been robbed, disgraced, bruised, betrayed, and left to die, we would not have been saved or empowered today.

Now, there are many in the Bible who went through this experience, but we’ll only pick one or two because of time and space. Look at the despair of the paralyzed man who was abandoned at Bethesda Pond. His good health was taken away. He couldn’t walk or fend for himself and he had no one. Even when he was lying near the solution, there was no one to throw him into the water when the visiting angel moved him. And he was in this situation for 38 years. They practically left him there for him to die. So he didn’t have any friends or relatives either? My God! Yes, friends and family have a limit to what they can do for you at trial. Don’t put your hope in people, trust in God. Don’t trust things, trust the creator. He is the one who will stay with you when all else has failed. He will be with you when everyone is gone. The main problem of this man was that he had no one to help him. As his situation got worse and more complicated, everyone left him. No one, unless sent by God, will be with you in such a condition for 38 years. No one! Just a few weeks, all the supporters are gone. And after a few months, your relatives and best friends will gradually start to distance themselves from you. Only your children and a godly spouse, I repeat, a godly spouse will stick with you when it gets too hard and too long. But I doubt our friend had children and a wife. Or they also abandoned it and left because it happens. C’est possible. Haven’t you seen something like this before? Human beings are unreliable, unpredictable. Don’t stay in that situation in the name of Jesus!

He had no healing, no help, and no hope until Jesus found him. He was left to die and had accepted his fate. Just listen to him: “Sir,” replied the invalid, “I don’t have anyone to help me get into the pool when the water is rough. As I go, someone gets in before me.” John 5:7. Did he find out that he? He had accepted his condition. He had enough excuses why he couldn’t be healed. He had enough valid medical, social, environmental, and historical facts why he should remain in that condition, but Jesus altered them all and healed him. I don’t care what your medical records are, I don’t care how ‘damaged’ and how long you’ve been in that situation, I don’t care how powerful your enemies are, all I want to tell you is that the power in Jesus name is setting you free today! You will not die. You will not be destroyed or embarrassed in this. I release you from that situation now! Be free in the mighty name of Jesus! Share this post with others. We will continue.
