When shopping at any online store, many will offer a home assembly service, but what I discovered with NordicTrack is that it really doesn’t take a great scientist to figure out how to assemble your elliptical machines. As the cards are sold separately, there is no loss if you prefer to do your own workouts, but if you need guidance and want to follow the program to get the best workouts, the cards will cost extra.
