One good thing about going to college is that most students qualify for student loans. Yes, there are places that will lend a student money to help with their education. The downside to this is that no matter how much the student can borrow, it won’t be enough to cover everything and they will continue to repay the loan long after they graduate. Can you imagine paying off a loan years after graduating? The fact is that many college students struggle to pay bills well into their working years.

The cost of living in a college town is another thing to think about. Let’s say you or someone you know wanted to go to the University of California, the cost of living there might be higher or lower than another university, like the University of Michigan.
