I already wonder how to make your baby sleep through the night. It’s mostly a matter of trial and error and the

disposition process.

As adults, our bodies run on a 24-hour clock. This is called the circadian rhythm. Babies, on the other hand, are completely

different. Newborns have to develop their own sleep cycle and this can take several weeks. Between four and six weeks, the baby

Do this for two minutes, while saying “shhhh…shhhh”. Don’t pick him up or make any eye contact. Go again. If he continues to cry, wait ten minutes and repeat. If you need to repeat one more time, wait twenty minutes. What is the purpose of this procedure? This technique teaches your baby that it’s still close and it’s time for bed and that he won’t get up no matter how loud he yells. It’s hard to hear your baby cry, but the payoff will be worth it. By the third or fourth night you should see an improvement.
