The ingredients you will need are:

Pasta – 1 whole package

Fresh Milk – 2 Liters

Fresh cream – a cup

Cheese cubes – 6 grated cubes

Red bell pepper – 1 chopped

Yellow bell pepper – 1 chopped

Green bell pepper – 1 chopped

Sweet Corn – One cup and boiled

Onion – 2 large and chopped

Garlic – 1 minced

Fresh mushrooms – 100 grams, boiled and cut into pieces

Oregano – 4 tablespoons

Chile Flakes – To Taste

Salt to taste

Virgin olive oil / vegetable – 4 tablespoons

Time to cook –30-40 minutes

Cooking process –

Cut the packet of pasta and empty all the contents into a saucepan filled with warm water. Add a little salt and a few drops of oil so that the pasta does not stick together. When the pastas are tender, drain the water, then add cold water and a few drops of oil and set aside.

Now heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chopped onions and garlic in it. Keep the flame medium. As you fry them, add a pinch of salt. When the onions are golden, lower the heat and slowly add the milk, stirring simultaneously. When the milk is hot, add the grated cheese and then the crème fraiche one by one with continuous stirring (you should be aware that sometimes when adding the cream to the milk, there is a possibility that the milk will be destroyed, so always use fresh cream). Let the milk simmer for some time. When the milk is thick, add the pasta after draining the water. Then add the bell peppers, capsicum, sweet corn, and mushroom one by one. Turn the heat back to medium and continue stirring the mixture. You can also add a little salt if needed. When it is cooked, turn off the heat. Now add the oregano and the cold flakes and mix well. And voila, the pasta is ready to serve.

Tip: You can also serve garlic bread along with the pasta if you are making it for a guest. It is recommended that this preparation be served hot. Non-vegetarians can add boneless boiled chicken pieces instead of pasta with mushrooms and enjoy the pasta at home.
