Tattoos have always been something of a taboo subject for some because they just don’t understand the whole thing about tattooing. That said, it’s a bit more society-friendly for a man to have a tattoo. Maybe it has to do with the fact that in the ’50s and ’60s men were basically the only ones with tattoos. That’s not to say some women did, but if they did, they kept it quiet. However, tattoos were still not expected unless you were in the service or a sailor, even then they were still looked down on because in those days criminals, greasers and men in the know got tattoos. Things have changed a lot over time, but tattoos are still looked down upon. Some may change their minds when they realize that these famous dads have several tattoos of their own.

1. Johnny Depp, who seems to get better with age, has at least 13 tattoos, one for each of his children, one bearing their mother’s name. However, he still hasn’t tattooed Vanessa’s name on himself. He must have learned his lesson from the Winona days.

2. David Beckham: The sexy soccer star has almost half of his body covered in tattoos. He has the names of his three children tattooed along with his wife Victoria’s.

3. Eminem: The outrageous rapper has several tattoos all over his body, including a very cute portrait of his daughter Hailie.

4. Sylvester Stallone -He has a portrait of his wife, Jennifer Flavin, it’s tattooed on his right shoulder and bicep, he also has three roses representing his daughters.

5. Kobe Bryant – has the name of his wife and daughter on his left arm.

6. Tommy Lee: He literally has more than half of his body covered in tattoos. Tommy has even admitted that he has lost count of how many tattoos he has.

7. Lebron James – The image of his one-year-old first son is tattooed on the inside of his left arm and he later received his mother’s name, Gloria, on his right shoulder. When her second son was born, he had his name (Bryce Maximus) on his left forearm.

8. Mark Wahlberg- He has a total of four tattoos, some of which he regrets.
