Heartburn is a problem that affects people all over the world, regardless of their age. It is caused by excess or imbalance of digestive acids produced by the stomach, which can lead to stomach pain, gas, nausea and even bad breath. In today’s world, where junk food is rapidly taking over the Indian markets, the heartburn problem is becoming more and more persistent. Eating too spicy, lack of exercise, irregular eating habits, stress, alcohol consumption and the altered routine that we follow, all these can lead to heartburn problems. Although the problem is curable, but due to our little efforts to cure it, it tends to create health ailments that are difficult to cope with.
