The most obvious and possibly hated is running. Because? Aerobic exercise will burn much of your stored energy, mainly carbohydrates. When your carbs run out, your body will look to your fat stores for fuel. Your body is an incredibly smart machine, but knowing how it works means we can use it to our advantage in terms of the results we want.
