Farming is a valuable way to get supplies for your Minecraft adventures. Now before you think it’s a simple “go and grow” as you may find in popular game apps, you might want to consider a few things.

Growing plants

You first have to craft a hoe (in survival mode) or find one in the tools tab (in creative mode), then find a patch of grass to start your farm. Right click there to get started. Once it turns into rows of dirt that look like farmland, grab a seed you’ve found, either by destroying trees and other plants in survival mode or by finding them in the materials tab in creative mode, then right-click where you want to plant your seed. Then you will see very small buds. For your plants to grow naturally, surround the field with a water channel; an average time to full growth in water alone is 5 to 10 minutes. In the meantime, you are free to continue playing and see your plants again when you are ready. If you want them to grow faster, you can apply a little bone meal (from destroyed skeleton bones). Right click on the plant to apply that bone meal, and voila! Depending on the size of the plant (eg grass or tree), it takes 1 to 5 clicks for instant growth.

Once the plant has grown, it is ready for harvest. Destroy the plant to drop the product. Some plants that can be grown are sugar cane, wheat, pumpkins, and carrots. Some plants have fun special characteristics; for example, you can make a pumpkin out of a pumpkin and put it on your head.

Mafia agriculture

Collective farming is more complicated than growing plants. The purpose of mafia agriculture is not to grow plants but rather to “grow” a group of enemies who will automatically die at “birth”, providing you with the items they will drop. It sounds scary, but in reality “grown” or spawned characters just fall and disappear, leaving behind valuable items such as ender pearls (which can be used to find final portals), bones (which can be used for bone meal or training a dog) or rope (for bows and arrows).

The first thing to do is find a good design, which will not be covered in this article (your best bet is to do an online search to find the design you prefer). One method that usually works well is water + cliff. An essential component of mob farming is a completely dark enclosure, as any dark place within the Minecraft world spawns enemy characters such as endermen and zombies, so keep that in mind when you start exploring the intricacies of mob farming. . You will have to choose a location that can provide total darkness, such as going to underground or ocean caves, or a night time within the game.

Whether you prefer the more peaceful possibilities of growing plants or the more adventurous world of mobs spawned by their dropped items, farming will be an important part of your Minecraft experience. For more great tips and guides, visit www.artofminecraft.com
