Is Delta-8 legal? In the US state of Florida the answer is definitely yes, as long as it is Delta-8 real cannabis and not cannabis which is known as THC or tetrahydrocannabinol. In other states like Tennessee and California the answer is “no” and this is primarily due to the fact that cannabis has a higher concentration of delta-9 thc than does thc.
