Just put all the ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning, turn it on, and when you get home from work, the meal is ready to serve. Plus, you can make a significant batch size, which means you’ll be eating healthy meals multiple times throughout the week.

3. Buy Precut Vegetables. The last idea to keep in mind is to buy pre-cut vegetables. Cutting vegetables is often one of the most distasteful tasks for people, so make it easy for yourself. Buy them ready to go, so there is little to no prep work involved.

While you’ll pay a bit more for pre-cut vegetables, it’s money well spent.
