How time helps determine the sex of your baby: Since Y sperm are weak, if you want a girl, one way to take advantage of this is to conceive three days before you ovulate. This is enough time to get the Y sperm out of the vaginal tract before the egg is fertilized and conception takes place.

On the other hand, if you want a baby boy, you should conceive on the day your egg is ready, because before then there is a risk that the Y sperm will begin to weaken, deteriorate, or die before they have a chance to show their speed. in the race to the egg.

How sexual intercourse positions influence the sex of your baby: Now that we understand the differences between chromosomes, we know we can use them to create a better ride for the gender we want. Knowing this, sexual positions are another tool that we can use to achieve this goal. If your goal is a child, you want to give these little ones the fastest ride possible to help minimize their vulnerability. Deep penetrating positions do this best.

For couples who want a girl, shallow penetration will give the sperm-producing male a long journey that will be difficult (time-wise) for them to survive.

How your PH and acidity fit into your baby’s gender: So, speaking of the journey to the egg, we also need to address the environment that the sperm will encounter when they enter your vaginal tract. If you want a girl, you want to make this environment as acidic as possible because this will ensure that the boy’s sperm start to break down as soon as possible.

But, if you want a boy, you’ll want to alkalize your body so that your PH is neutral for the little ones that are trying so hard to get to the egg. Of all these steps, this is the one that confuses most people, but it doesn’t have to be this way. You can test your PH using acidity/PH testers. In just a few minutes, you’ll know where you’re reading, and then you can make adjustments to raise or lower your PH, depending on the genre you’re looking at.

You can modify this through your diet or by showering. Using both methods is more effective and faster. But, if you’re diligent, you can achieve your perfect AP with just one of these. Don’t forget the other considerations as well. If you incorporate all of this into your conception regimen, it is said that you can increase your chances of getting the gender you want to one that is over ninety percent.
