Tea Diet for diabetes it’s simple but you need to know how to control carbohydrates. How do you know what foods to eat? Perhaps you like rice, pasta, semolina, or other carbohydrate foods that need insulin to process these foods.

How much carbohydrate or carbohydrate (CHO) can I eat? Well that depends on whether you need to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your weight.

I think the wisest way to eat the foods you really enjoy while not putting too much pressure on your pancreas to spit out insulin is to eat in moderation. Diet for type 2 diabetes or diabetes 2 Diet is basically the diet that I mean.

What I mean in moderation is to use the visual plaque technique. This is a way to calculate your intake, as well as the amount of carbohydrate or carbohydrate foods you include with your meal.

So what does the visual plaque technique mean? In the case of a type 2 diabetes diet, it means that you look at your plate with the food on it. If all you see is rice, grits, or sweet foods as the majority of your plate, then you are a long way off base. The Diabetes 2 diet contains a salad or green leafy vegetable, protein foods (eggs, meat, fish, cheese), and a smaller serving of vegetable carbohydrates or rice, pasta, or any other carbohydrate.

As a visiting nurse, I try to explain to patients that you don’t have to go to extremes. Diets for diabetes it doesn’t matter what culture and foods you like and that tastes great. It is important to keep a little control on your carbohydrate vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, peas, potatoes) and your CHO foods (rice, pasta, and other carbohydrate foods) with each meal. If you make up your mind and want carrots and peas, eat rice or pasta in very small amounts. If you eat green leafy vegetables, you can eat more rice or pasta.

With the type 2 diabetes diet, protein foods do not raise blood sugar, so you can add more fish, eggs, meat, etc. with your meals. As long as your cholesterol isn’t too high (eggs and meats) and you’re not a kidney patient, there should be no reason why you can’t eat extra protein foods. Protein Foods in the Diabetes Diet is that protein contains its own natural fat which actually helps curb your appetite.

Whenever you eat a meal or a snack, you should always include a small amount of protein that is natural fat. Protein provides its own natural fat and tends to keep blood sugar stable so it doesn’t spike and then drop right away. That can happen if you have a piece of fruit and it does not contain protein. Also, eating just one piece of fruit can increase hunger. That’s where protein helps curb your appetite.

I also tell my patients not to drink juice unless their blood sugar is low. It is better to eat the fruit than to drink the juice.
